The New Show In Town: The Calgary African Hunting Show!
Whether planning your 1st or your 10th African hunting safari, or if you’re still just dreaming, take note: Calgaryhas a new show dedicated exclusively to hunting opportunities in Africa.
Calgary is the ideal location for our third African Hunting Show in North America – and our second annual African Hunting Show in Canada. The African Hunting Show, hosted by the team from the African Hunting Gazette magazine, first started in Toronto in 2009. Atlanta became our second Hunting Show destination in 2011. And 2012 marks our debut in Calgary.
Remember: Our African Hunting Shows are the first-ever, all-African hunting shows in North America. They are devoted solely to African hunting – no T-shirt vendors allowed!
The dates for the Calgary African Hunting Show are: January 27 & 28, 2012 – so mark them in your calendar, register now, and tell all your hunting buddies to come along!
The facilities at the Carriage House Inn, located on Macleod Trail South in the heart of the restaurant and entertainment district, provide a perfect friendly environment for serious hunters to meet the best outfitters and professional hunters from South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana, and the Central African Republic.
All exhibiting outfitters and professional hunters are members of recognized African hunting associations, which hold their members accountable for professional standards and ethical behaviour. So rest assured: Your safari plans are in good hands.
Like in Atlanta and Toronto, the Calgary Hunting Show allows serious hunters the unique opportunity to meet safari outfitters and PHs face-to-face, and “click” with the ones who meet your hunting goals best. This is very important when you’re going to be spending your time and hard-earned cash on an African hunting safari that can last from 5 to 28 days.
Come see for yourself. Visit our very special hunting show, and welcome our African guides and outfitters to the cold climates of Alberta, home to folks with a proud hunting heritage. I promise: You will not be disappointed.
