The way that you set up the booths is excellent. Get more people through the doors. We managed to book a number of hunts with new clients, so the show for us was a success.

Thank you and all the teams’ hard work with putting on the first African Show, it went well for me and you should be getting reports back from other operators with similar results.

A great first show - although small, the people attending were serious buyers and we booked a safari at the show - can't do better than that! We hope to be a part of this excellent quality show next year too, and many more after that!

I think the show in Atlanta has the potential to be our best show in America. There are many hunters in Georgia and I think in time it will be better known and more potential clients will attend.
Keep it intimate, don’t sell a single donation (there is big problems going down at the moment with donations and outfitters in SA (PHASA members) are simply going to put their foot down and not offer any donations any more.) Think about the days you want to have open as Sunday was dead as all Georgians go to church for about the whole day.

Let me say again what a wonderful show you had and how hard you all worked to make it happen
I want to reserve my booth for next year! Please advise me on where to send the money.
